By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">1. About Our Services</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">BoostifyAd provides Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising management services for Amazon sellers, using our proprietary ProfitStack™ Framework. Services include, but are not limited to: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign management, keyword strategy, ACoS/TACoS optimization, and competitor conquest campaigns.</p>
        <p className="lg-p">Our services are available to Amazon sellers operating in the United States and United Kingdom marketplaces.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">2. Engagement Process</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">Working with us generally involves the following steps: initial application/inquiry, an account audit or discovery call, and a proposed scope of work and pricing agreed upon before any paid engagement begins. We do not offer a free trial period. All engagements are paid from the outset, per the terms agreed in your service agreement.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">3. No Guarantee of Results</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">While we work to deliver the best possible results, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:</p>
        <ul className="lg-ul"><li>Specific ACoS or ROAS targets</li><li>Specific revenue, profit, or sales increases</li><li>Specific organic ranking improvements</li><li>Specific traffic or conversion rate increases</li></ul>
        <p className="lg-p">Amazon advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including product quality, pricing, competition, listing content, inventory levels, Amazon algorithm changes, and marketplace conditions. Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar results for your account.</p>
        <p className="lg-p">Case studies, testimonials, or performance metrics on our website reflect actual results for specific clients under specific circumstances. They are illustrative only and are not a promise of similar outcomes.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">4. Account Access and Responsibilities</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">To provide our services, we require access to your Amazon Seller Central account and Amazon Advertising console. By granting us access, you agree that:</p>
        <ul className="lg-ul"><li>You are the authorized owner or administrator of the Amazon account.</li><li>You grant us permission to view, create, modify, and manage advertising campaigns within your account.</li><li>You remain fully responsible for your Amazon account, including compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service and policies.</li><li>We will not modify product listings, pricing, inventory, or any non-advertising settings unless explicitly agreed in writing.</li><li>You may revoke our access at any time by removing our user permissions in Seller Central.</li></ul>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">5. Your Campaigns and Data</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">All campaigns, keywords, bid strategies, negative keyword lists, and other advertising assets created or modified during our engagement remain in your Amazon account and are your property. If you end our services, everything stays in your account — we do not delete, remove, or hold campaign data hostage.</p>
        <p className="lg-p">We may use anonymized, aggregated data from your account for internal analysis, service improvement, and case studies. We will not publicly share identifiable account data, brand names, or specific financial figures without your explicit written consent.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">6. Data Security &amp; Incident Response</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">We limit account access to authorized personnel only, granted strictly through Amazon's approved authorization process, and login credentials are never shared outside the organization. We monitor account activity to detect unusual behavior or unauthorized changes.</p>
        <p className="lg-p">In the event of suspected unauthorized access, data breach, or account compromise, we will: (1) immediately revoke or reset affected credentials, (2) notify you within 24 hours, (3) notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection, and (4) document the incident and remediation steps taken.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">7. Contracts, Payment, and Cancellation</h2>
        <ul className="lg-ul"><li>Engagement terms, retainer amount, and billing cadence are set out in your individual service agreement or proposal.</li><li>Invoices are due per the terms in your agreement.</li><li>Cancellation terms (notice period, etc.) are set out in your individual service agreement.</li><li>Any outstanding invoices for work completed remain due upon cancellation.</li></ul>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">8. Confidentiality</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">We treat all client information as confidential, including account data, advertising performance, product information, and business strategies shared during our engagement. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">9. Limitation of Liability</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:</p>
        <ul className="lg-ul"><li>BoostifyAd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.</li><li>We are not responsible for losses resulting from changes to Amazon's platform, policies, algorithms, or terms of service beyond our control.</li><li>We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.</li><li>Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to BoostifyAd in the three months preceding the claim.</li><li>We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or delays in Amazon's advertising platform or third-party services we use.</li></ul>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">10. Intellectual Property</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">All content on the BoostifyAd website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and the ProfitStack™ Framework — is the property of BoostifyAd and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.</p>
        <h2 className="lg-h2">11. Third-Party Links and Services</h2>
        <p className="lg-p">Our website may link to third-party websites or services. These links are for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.</p>
